| Day 2, Tue. TAMPA-SARASOTA-MACRO ISLAND. Leave Tampa by way of St. Petersburg and the Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay. In Sarasota visit the JOHN RINGLING ESTATE, former home of a prominent member of the world's most successful circus dynasty. The CIRCUS MUSEUM celebrates the legendary "Greatest Show on Earth," and at the nearby RINGLING MUSEUM you admire the family's fascinating collection of baroque art. Continue south to Fort Myers and look forward to a guided tour of the THOMAS EDISON MUSEUM. Study exhibits explaining the genius's epochal inventions, then visit his WINTER HOME and stroll through its beautifully kept 14-acre botanical gardens. (B,D) |

| Day 3, Wed. MACRO ISLAND-THE EVERGLADES-KEY WEST. Head for the subtropical wilderness of the Everglades and board your air boat for a thrilling sightseeing ride through the extensive swamp lands. Sleepy alligators basking on the banks of the waterways are a common sight. Then take the scenic Overseas Highway south, crossing 42 bridges on the way to Key West, the southernmost town in the continental United States. Next a city tour highlightsall the main sights including the beautiful homes and pretty parks of Coral Gables, the bustling Cuban neighborhood of Little Havana, and the art deco district of South Beach. |

Be sure to take advantage of all the amenities of your hotel and take a stroll along the miles of sandy beaches. Visit the OLDEST HOUSE in the U.S. and the 17th-century CASTILLO DE SAN MARCOS NATIONAL MONUMENT - the oldest masonry fort in the United States. | Day 9, Tue. ST. AUGUSTINE-ORLANDO. Take the scenic route inland this morning through Ocala National Forest. Before reaching Orlando, stop at SILVER SPRINGS for a thrilling glass-bottom-boat ride through jungle vegetation. Watch the feeding of mischievous monkeys in a natural setting, see unusual birds, and marvel at the array of tropical fish in the waters below. After a midafternoon stop at the Wyndham Safari Resort for tour members taking the Orlando extension, the coach continues to the airport for tour members with homebound flights.
