Some advice from Posarelli

Below you can find some technical information and some practical advice we have added in order to make a holiday in a Posarelli house most enjoyable, being aware of the fact that what we have tried to express in the most understandable way, as it is not always clear to those who book one of our houses. Moreover we wish to remind you that we know how important it is for you to be able to
enjoy peace and tranquillity during your well-deserved holidays. We will therefore try to deal personally with each of your problems and we assure you that we will do our best to make sure your holidays in a Posarelli house will be pleasant and unforgettable.

A) How to choose a house from the catalogue.
Our descriptions are written in order to give our clients a clear and true idea of our lodgings. For any kind of doubt or special request we advise always to contact, directly or through your travel agency, the Posarelli office, where our staff will be glad to help answer all your questions. A simple question can avoid the choice of a holiday-home which does not suit your needs.

B) How to arrive to the rented property.
Our clients are given with the voucher also the exact itinerary showing how to get to the rented property. In case of any kind of difficulty, we advise to get in touch with our office, which is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, on Saturday from 17.00 to 20.00 at the number 0571/671635. We recommend moreover to inform our office about a possible delay or early arrival on the normal arrival-time. Our staff speak Italian, English, German and French and will always be ready to help you in case of communication-problems with the owners.

C) Problems in the rented property.
If on arrival you should notice some problems in the house you rented, we recommend to immediately contact our office, if possible with the presence of the owner. If there should be some problems after your arrival, we ask you to immediately inform our office. The Posarelli representatives are always at your disposal and will immediately contact the owner of the house, trying to solve the matter as soon as possible. It's in your own interest to act quickly and to inform our office to give us the opportunity, if your problem can not be solved, to give you an other lodging of the same or of a higher standard, according to vacancies. We advise you to carefully read our General Conditions, which are at the end of the catalogue and which will be very useful in case of complaint.

D) Equipment of the houses.
All Posarelli houses have in the kitchens an adequate equipment, according to the maximum number of persons indicated in the descriptions of the catalogue. The equipment of Italian kitchen doesn't often fit the one of the other countries: for example it is unlikely to find things like an electrical tin-opener, a toaster (Italians do not use it normally) or a water-boiler; the coffee-machine is the Italian espresso-machine and not the electrical. Moreover there aren't always fly-screens on the windows, and it is unlikely to find air-conditioning. We remind you that our staff is always at your disposal to answer any kind of questions: we advise you to call us in case of any doubts, in order to avoid possible disappointments on arrival. It is also useful to collect information about the characteristics of the electrical system: in Italy we have 220 Volts.

E) Extra-charges.
Sometimes the owners of the houses request the payment of some extra-charges directly on the spot (this is clearly specified in the descriptions of the catalogue). We recommend you to ask the owner at the beginning of the stay about the unit price of those charges depending on the use, to avoid unpleasant problems on departure.
