| Reservation |
All reservations must be made by telefax to our central reservation office.
Reconfirmation within 24h. For amendments of reconfirmed bookings we have to charge a fee of DM 50.00.

| Rental fee |
The prices are subject to the current price list. The rental fee covers: * value added tax * furnishings and accessories for the particular model * maintenance repairs * third-party insurance with unlimited coverage * full coverage insurance (with DM 2,000.00 deductible per claim) * for a rental period exceeding 14 days unlimited kilometers. For a rental period of less than 14 days 250km per day are included. Price per additional km: DM 0.60.

| Security deposit |
A security deposit of DM 2,000.00 is required at departure to ensure vehicle is returned on time, complete with all equipment, and in undamaged condition. Deposits may be made by Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Traveller cheques or in cash. Repayment will be effected accordingly.

| Pick up and return |
The campers can be picked up in the evening between 4.00 and 6.00 pm (Monday - Friday) and in the morning between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm (Saturday). Return shall be made on the last day of the lease no later than 12.00 noon. Pick up day is without charge. Last day will be charged. Other pick up times only on request.

| Authorized driver |
A valid driver's license is requi#F18E07 for all rentals. All drivers must be at least 21 years of age. Furthermore, lessee or authorized driver must have held a driver's license category III (for driving passenger cars) for at least one year. Each driver's license has to be checked for validity. Some campers GroBer Nasenbar and all campers Riesen Nasenbar and Luxus Mobil have a total weight over 3.5 t. Please note: driver's license category III is not always valid for above-mentioned vehicles. Please check for validity!

| Early returns and minimum rental |
7 days minimum rental at all locations. There will be no refund for early returns.

Transfers are possible only on request.

| One way rentals |
One way rentals are possible only on request.
|
| Handling fee |
This charge covers everything concerning pick up and return, gas and chemicals as well as explanation of the camper. It does not cover cleaning costs.

| Price per occupant |
Price per occupant is DM 85.00 per rental. It includes bedding, dishes and tableware. The number of people has to be specified in the reservation.

| Cleaning |
The vehicle must be returned clean inside and with empty waste tank and WC cassette. Failure to comply will entail a cleaning surcharge of DM 300.00.

| Insurance |
Rental fee includes comprehensive insurance with collision damage responsibility of DM 2,000.00, full breakdown insurance including 24 hour hotline service in case of breakdown, accident, theft or illness.

| Travelling abroad |
As a rule, cross-continental travelling is possible throughout Europe. For countries outside Europe, e.g. the Asian part of Turkey, Israel, Tunesia, Morocco, the Asian part of the former USSR, etc. special insurance coverage is requi#F18E07. Feel free to consult our personnel.

| Last minute reservations |
For reservations made less than 30 days prior to departure full payment must be received within 5 days after confirmation. If payment is not received, reservation will be cancelled. Payment has to be made by c#F18E07it card (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa).

| Business hours |
All MI-MOBILE locations are open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday through Friday; on Saturdays locations are open from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Locations are closed on Sundays and on the following holidays: January 1, 6; March 28, 31; May 1, 8, 19, 29; August 15; October 3, 31; November 1; December 24-26, 31.

| Payments |
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to date of travel. Payment must be made by certified check or bank draft. Payments may also be made directly to our bank account. Please note: If we do not receive any payment by the date of travel, client has to pay once more when picking up the camper.

| Cancellation charges |
Cancellations are subject to the following charges: 60 days or more prior to departure: 15% of rental charges; 59-30 days prior to departure: 40% of rental charges; 29-14 days prior to departure: 60% of rental charges; less than 14 days: 90% of rental charges. No refunds will be given for ,,no shows".
